WHO WE ARE
Clip Records, founded in 2000, is a microscopic indie label located in Portland, Maine. It is run solely by volunteers and participating musicians as a non-profit collective.
We’ve put out the work of such legendary acts as What The F?, My Papa’s Queer, The Monty Python Fans, Dead Puppy Stick, and Jesus Christ, You’re On Fire
We also distribute music, CDs and merchandise for non-make-believe artists. Our most recent release in the summer of 2009 was from Portland, Maine’s There Is No Sin in My Body. Former bands include Pola, Red Neil and Einstein Cried Fear.
